Kayla + Tanner

Congratulations to Kayla and Tanner Havens! I was honored to document their beautiful wedding. The location, the decor, and these two, looked absolutely amazing. Thank you for the opportunity to capture the memory of this milestone in your lives.  Enjoy!

Kim + Justin

I had the pleasure of assisting my good friend, Rachael Maloy. We documented the wedding of Kim and Justin at The Willows. These two self-less people were extremely kind and goofy to us! We also took a ride in a huge party bus and had a great time!  Please look below at some frames that I took, and go on over to Rachael's post!

Daniel + Rachael, Anniversary

I can't believe its already been a full year since these two got married.  I was honored to play the piano at their wedding.  When Rachael asked me to photograph her and Daniel for their first-year anniversary, I was stoked!  We walked around an old downtown district and grabbed some ice cream.  The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the beautiful golden hour.

Rachel and Daniel, you guys look amazing and I wish you the best!

Here are several images from the shoot.

Jake + Sara

I had the honor of photographing Jake and Sara's wedding at Emerald Acres!  These two had a beautiful barn-style wedding.  The weather wasn't cooperating for an outdoor ceremony, so it was all moved upstairs to the reception space.  The ceremony was beautiful, warm, and intimate.  Jake and Sara are wonderful people and I wish them the very best!

Please enjoy some of the images from this beautiful day!

Nathaniel + Emily

I had the wonderful pleasure of assisting my talented photographer-friend, Rachael!  We traveled to Richmond, IN to document our friends Nathaniel and Emily!  It was awesome to see old friends and professors from our Alma Mater, Indiana Wesleyan.  The wedding took place outdoors at an arboretum.  The ceremony was filled with laughter, smiles, and tears.  Nathaniel and Emily painted a wonderful depiction of their lives with two concentric circles meeting together and "growing" together.  They were fun in front of the camera, willing to be adventurous and silly for us photographers!  The Reception took place at a private club on the fourth floor of an old factory-warehouse.  Rachael and I found some awesome areas with tons of natural light.  The Lighting was perfect for more portraits, and the reception area was dimly light with nice decorative lights, setting a great mood for the rest of the night.

The evening was full of great laughter, funny speeches, and some crazy dance moves.

Please enjoy this small sample of frames that I took, assisting Rachael Maloy! Please visit her site here.

JD + Audrey

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet JD and Audrey this past summer. This lovely biracial couple found my work online and they decided to book me for their December wedding!

As much as I dislike the cold weather, it was a mild overcast day with lots of smiles and Christmas spirit!

Paul + Theresa, Engaged

Last weekend, Margaret and I had the privilege of shooting the official engagement pictures of her twin sister Theresa and fiancé Paul. They braved the cold from their home in Nashville (as seen in another post) to Indiana for pictures and a reunion with friends. These two are the epitome of modern style and minimalism, which is why the Indianapolis Museum of Art was the ideal location. Paul and Theresa chose a simple color palette and wanted an editorial edge to their photos. The photos turned out to be both of those things, as well as having a nostalgic and cinematic quality to them. Both Margaret and I are looking forward to attending their Nashville wedding in March.

Please be sure to check out some of their Wedding Photos by Kristian Irey!

Zachary + Meredith

This past summer I had the honor of assisting Alicia Wines, second-shooting the beautiful wedding of Zachary and Meredith.  The celebration took place at a luxurious country club venue with a fantastic golf course.  We found a few places to shoot first looks, portraits, and the bridal party shots.  The ceremony took place outdoors, followed by an energetic, fun-filled reception!

Let me just say how awesome this couple was in front of the camera! So much love, laughter, and good looks!

Special thanks to Alicia Wines for the wonderful opportunity to second-shoot along side her.

These are a few of my edits, enjoy!

Dorie + Jericho, Engaged

Had a fantastic time hanging out with my best friends after being on the road for 6 months.  I wasn't able to be there for their engagement, but Margaret and I were able to shoot them together.  Aren't these guys adorable?! Love these guys, my bro and sis!
